CMS recovered my stranded vehicle in the early hours and returned the following morning to take it to the local garage. Following much messing around by the main dealer they ended up transferring it to another branch for repair. CMS couldn’t have been more helpful. On the off chance called the team at CMS the same day the coil spring went, explained what had happened and to my amazement. Considering that its Jubilee week, therefore extremely busy. They were able to view the car and fix it the VERY same day all within a matter of hours.
